They symbolise something extraordinary: the vehicle's beating heart ­ the powerhouse that enables this particular SUV to accelerate from 0 to 62mph in just 5.5 seconds. Audi has won the gruelling Le Mans 24-hour race for an unprecedented 8th time in 9 years. Our experience and success in this, the world's toughest race, helped us to create the world's most powerful diesel passenger car. TDI has been crucial to our Le Mans successes. It's also the key to the V12 TDI's remarkable power; enabling it to draw a constant mix of up to 6 litres of air and fuel into the combustion chambers. Ultimately, this delivers 1,000 Nm of torque which is perfectly harnessed by our advanced quattro® all-wheel-drive system, enabling the Audi Q7 6.0 V12 TDI to embrace every twist in the road. As the world's first production car to feature a V12 TDI engine, the Audi Q7 6.0 V12 TDI is already in a class of its own. But there are other details which set it apart. The exhaust pipes integrated into the rear bumper and the 12 individual LED lights on either side of the grille which give it an unmistakable look.
