Instantly playback 640 clips (32 clips x 20 palettes). Internal processing with intra-frame MPEG-2 ensures precise frame accurate playback with in/out points. Enhances your visual presentation with playback speed and color control.
Supports multiple video formats.
The PR-1000HD supports HD (1080i/720p), SD and Still Image (JPEG/BMP) formats - truly a multi-format video player.
*SD and uncompressed AVI's are saved as intra-frame MPEG-2 format. *When "Convert to intra frame compression MPEG-2" is set and HD materials are captured, the amount of storage space required is equivalent to three times the requirement for HDV/DV material. *The PR-1000HD can handle only 1080i, 720p and SD video. These formats can be converted to the selected format.
Large-capacity HDDs and Reliable system.
A maximum of 20 hours of video material can be captured to one HDD. Two HDD slots on the PR-1000HD enables data management features, copy and backup.
*Minimum one HDD is required.

Materials can be imported from disc media (CD/DVD), USB Storage or over the network. The system files are installed in Solid-State memory making playback and operation stable and reliable.

Built-in Scheduler and support for external controls.
A built-in software scheduler allows content to be played by specific time, date, day of the week and month. Playback, Power OFF and other parameters can be remotely controlled from external devices using RS-232C or MIDI.
The PR-1000HD is the next generation HD video presenter in the popular EDIROL PR series. Supports Multi-Format media consisting of HD, SD and/or Stills. Smooth and high quality playback for any applications where visuals are used.
EDIT MODE enables organization and content management of clips.
Selectable output aspect ratio.
In EDIT MODE, you can capture and upload new materials to the PR-1000HD, change clip sequences names and assign the materials to the palette as clips. Simply drag and drop the materials to an assigned location within a palette.

(http://elotouch.com/) ?i.Link is a trademark of Sony Corporation. *An external HDD connected via USB is for transfer and backup only. It cannot be used to directly playback video. *The IEEE1394 port on the PR-1000HD is for connecting to video compatible devices and will not recognize external HDDs. When capturing video, capture several seconds before and after the desired portion of the clip and then set the appropriate start and end points in the EDIT mode. You cannot capture from a tape recorded in multiple formats. ?Captured video should be more than 1 second in length. Video clips that are less than 15 frames in length may not be able to be played smoothly.
