Calibrating the Fitness application
By calibrating the Fitness application, more accurate measurements are possible. Start by entering your personal data, such as height, weight and gender, to be able to show the calculation of burned calories. % 5 Personal data. Use advanced calibration to be able to calculate distance and speed more accurately. This calibrates the Fitness application for your individual stride length. During advanced calibration, it is important that you wear your phone in the same position as you will wear it during your fitness sessions, for example, on your hip or on your arm. If you calibrate it in one position, and then move it to another position during training, the accuracy may be affected. It is also important that you try to calibrate your phone at the same pace and stride length as you generally use during your fitness sessions. If you intend to walk, calibrate walking. If you intend to run, calibrate running. You should also wear your phone in the same orientation (vertical or horizontal) that the phone was calibrated with for best results.
To calibrate the phone
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. } Fitness } Settings } Advanced calibration. Close the phone. Walk a known distance (at least 100 metres). Open the phone. Enter the covered distance and press OK.
