EYEQ Duo 2000 1. How do I download files to my computer using Mass Storage? The camera has two different modes corresponding with different transfer methods to download files. Before you connect the camera to your computer, you must install the camera driver on your PC. If you want to download the files from the camera to the PC using Mass Storage, you should set the camera mode to DSC mode. Follow the steps below to set the camera to DSC mode: 1. Turn on the camera. 2. Set the camera to Menu/Setup/Driver/DSC. 3. Turn off the camera. 4. Connect the camera to the computer. 5. Open the My Computer icon and double click on the Removable Disk drive. The files will be displayed. 6. Save the files you want. Note: Restart your computer after you install the camera driver on your PC. 2. I am having difficulties using Arcsoft Photo Impression. What should I do? The camera has two different ways to download pictures.
