very satified with this machine., like it. Left outside.... still works, its lasts long, its a cheap printer, good for the small jobs.. Have used this printer in business and personal use. it does a fantastic job. i recommend it to anyone., this printer does everything i'm ever going to need in my small home office....i love it !!!!. Its great just having trouble with the setting up of the fax , yes i like this printer, i like it! have used it for three years with no problems., it is good product.

i cannot open it to change the ink cartridges and finding an online manual is next to impossible !!!!!!!! so far, it sucks., used for two years and has performed very well.. Slow to scan. not intuitive., does not auto download file types for scanner other than bitmap, jpeg, tif, and pneg., this is a very reliable and dependable machine. we have had ours for many years now.. So far, so good!!, i have had it for over 3 years - love it - great pictures - have just moved and need to reset fax line - otherwise - great.... All good, all is great, i havent used it yet so i dunno, great printer some times hard to figure out.

the ink gets empty too quickly, not very user friendly need guide to find out how to reduce size of printed item.. Need to download and open the user guide beforee i can an opinion , convenient to use, but could be more user friendly. lost the manual, so it is difficult to troubleshoot, use all its features, etc., great machine, a very doog printer with good features for the money. Great multifunction machine for the money, its ok . I like the mx 310 for all except i am having trouble trying to scan , great machine, i had this unit since purchase, but i havent used the fax feature. since moving i can't find the booklet to tell me how., the pixma makes exellent prints and is a great scanner..

this canon product does the job...it's fairly easy to use., it good . Instruction manual is terrible and can't find help for the fax anywhere., great great device, great product. Quite good., i aseapwer akenai r .. I gave it the last time i attempted to download this manual a few mins ago., this printer has served me well, especially for the lower cost and variety of ptions it offers. for a home printer/copier either as a stand alone copier or using it w/my pc, it's speed of printer is a bit slow but if you only 1 or 2 copies it's ok. clarity of photo is good, even on plain paper. it's perfectto use for school projects grade school through college, for those projects that require downloading of info and pictures. if you're looking for excellent picture color quality, this is not the one i'd pick. it's decent but super high quality in vlarity of high resolution or tiny details. overall it's user friendly, but keep your manual handy,as more than once if i don't use a feature for awhile, you'll need to relook up how to use it again, the processeds of how to use seem to me not like most printers i've used, and if you do it wrong, sometimes i've had it go into an unknown mode and have been unable to reset over again without a lot of going through resetting up of the entire machine again. other negati, it is very easy to use. ilove it, ink hog!.

printer is easy to use and reliable. enjoy the product.
