i have used this at work and like it / will try it fior home, easy to use. I own one good quick printer, but not for pictures, nice gadjet, this printer is reliable if you can master all the different features.. Id buy another one, this is my opinion.. Its a good prnter and very sturdy, i'd buy again., excellent printer, never had any issues. great value!!, just needguide. good solid printer, nothing fancy, good value for your money. Great printer with wonderdul functions, very slow and expensive to maintain, ours has slaved for us with no probs for years. we love it. A compact unit with many functions, this printer has been down for quite some time needing to be cleaned, plus jammed up at one point.. Not obvious nor user friendly, perfect printer
, we have this printer a very long time and it has always been very reliable, no opinion. printer works well, however we seem to have to change the ink cartridges quite often, even though the ink cartridges look half full., lasted a long time good quality. Was very helpful, works well for my limited uses, a reasonable machine. It is a great tool for home or office, need the guides, due to misplaced when moving office, ink is very wexpensive- hat that it willnot print at all if one color is missing. Very good machine for the money will buy a brother again!!, old school workhorse, you just have to buy too many colors of ink when all you are printing are in black ink, what's up with that, its a very efficient computer for the price.. its not bad of a printer.. just bugs the heck out of me installing the ink cartridges, uses to much ink. I love this printer but the ink is too expebsive and does not last too long.
i also do not like the fact that it uses four different ink and all have to be ready for the printer to work,, ifind the machine to be a pain in the ass. leaves ink in the cartridges & makes me buy more when there is plenty left. always seems to have some kind of message lurking for me. i won't buy another., it's costing me a fortune in ink because i have to clean the heads every day.. Ink to expensive!, dont have one yet. Love the fax - don't understand how to use the scan or photo caption part., its used but everything still works., not a bad printer, nice simple to use machine.. love it, it is ok for the price. Great until ypu loose the manual, very good printer, avery good home printer/copier.
. A very good printer/copier for the home.
, i found the mfc 210 to be a very good printer/copier for my home enviroment.thank you for making a good and not so expensive machine.
. Good all in one, ink to expensive and jamming as well as other problems, didn't get a owners manual or quick start information with my machine because it was second hand and there was no paper work with it, dont know haven't tried it
. not a very good product, it is pretty reliable.. This is nice, does the job, when this printer works, it is great. i seem to have paper feeding issues fairly often though and clearing a paper jam is a pain.

The MFC must be connected to a grounded/ earthed plug. Since the MFC is grounded through the power outlet, you can protect yourself from potentially hazardous electrical conditions on the telephone network by keeping the power switched on when you connect the MFC to a telephone line. Similarly, you can protect yourself when you want to move your MFC by disconnecting the telephone line first and then the power cord.

If you mix the colors by installing an ink cartridge in the wrong position, you must clean the print head by running several cleaning cycles after correcting the cartridge installation. (See "Cleaning the print head" in chapter 11 Troubleshooting and Routine Maintenance of the User's Guide.) Once you open an ink cartridge, install it in the machine and use it up within six months of installation. Use unopened ink cartridges by the expiration date written on the cartridge package.

· DO NOT remove ink cartridges if you do not need to replace them. If you do so, it may reduce the ink quantity and the machine will not know the quantity of ink left in the cartridge. · DO NOT shake the ink cartridges. If ink stains your body or clothing, wash with soap or detergent immediately. · DO NOT insert and remove the cartridges repeatedly. If you do so, the ink may seep out of the cartridge. · DO NOT dismantle or tamper with the ink cartridge, this can cause the ink to leak out of the cartridge. · Brother strongly recommends that you do not refill the ink cartridges provided with your machine. We also strongly recommend that you continue to use only Genuine Brother Brand replacement ink cartridges. Using or attempting to use potentially incompatible inks and/or cartridges in your machine may cause damage to the machine itself and/or it may result in unsatisfactory print quality. Our warranty coverage does not apply to any problem that was caused by the use of unauthorized third party ink and/ or cartridges. To protect your investment and guarantee your print quality please continue to replace consumed ink cartridges with only Genuine Brother Branded Supplies.
