Z GF-350 Quick-Start Recording Guide This Guide provides you with the simplest way to use this equipment for recording. Of course, we strongly suggest that you consult the Owner's Manual for complete details and important safety information. 4 Place the record on the turntable. Before use, completely loosen the transportation screw by turning it clockwise with a coin and remove the stylus guard. 5 Press the RECORD button. 6 Gently lower the tone arm onto the edge of the record (or the track to be recorded). 1. Select the proper speed. 2. Gently push the clamper to the right to release the tone arm. The red indicator on the RECORD button lights. The unit enters record pause mode. In record pause mode, "REC" indicator blinks and the J indicator lights on the display. When the turntable is stopped, the PLAY or the PAUSE buttons will not work and you cannot start recording. 7 Press the PLAY or the PAUSE button to start recording. When the rotation of the turntable stops, the recording will stop automatically. To prevent unwanted noise from the tone arm being recorded, stop the recording manually by using the STOP button. 1 Press the POWER switch to turn the unit on. 2 If the PHONO indicator doesn't appear in the display, press the PHONO/AUX button once or twice to select PHONO. 3 Load a recordable CD-R or CD-RW disc into the unit. Manual track division It is possible to divide the recording into tracks while recording. While the recording is taking place, press the TRACK INCREMENT button. The current track number will be incremented by one. About CD-R/CD-RW discs Please use CD-R and CD-RW discs bearing the "DIGITAL AUDIO" mark. En mode pause d'enregistrement, l'indicateur "REC" clignote et l'indicateur J s'allume sur l'affichage. Si la table tournante est arrêtée, les touches PLAY et PAUSE ne fonctionnent pas et on ne peut pas démarrer l'enregistrement. 7 Appuyez sur la touche PLAY ou PAUSE pour démarrer l'enregistrement. Quand la rotation de la table tournante s'arrête, l'enregistrement s'arrête automatiquement. Toutefois, pour éviter que le bruit de déplacement du bras soit enregistré, arrêter l'enregistrement manuellement à l'aide de la touche STOP. 1 Appuyez sur la touche POWER pour allumer l'appareil. 2 Si le voyant "PHONO" ne s'allume pas, appuyez sur la touche PHONO/AUX une ou deux fois pour choisir "PHONO". 3 Mettre un CD-R ou CD-RW enregistrable en place dans l'appareil. Division manuelle de morceau Pendant l'enregistrement, on peut le diviser en morceaux. Pendant l'enregistrement, appuyer sur la touche TRACK INCREMENT. Le numéro de morceau courant sera incrémenté d'une unité. Remarques concernant les disques compacts CD-R et CD-RW Utiliser toujours des disques CD-R et CD-RW portant la mention "DIGITAL AUDIO". Cet appareil NE PEUT PAS ENREGISTRER les disques CD-R et CDRW conçus pour les systèmes informatiques.
