Linking to a new or existing sensor
Your SportBand is already linked to the sensor it came with. If you already have a sensor in your shoes, you can link to it by following the steps below. This is a great option if you workout in more than one pair of shoes.
1.
2.
3.
5 sec
Press and hold the Toggle button (on the side) for 5 seconds.
Walk around to activate the sensor. If only one active sensor is present, a blinking LINK message will appear. The linking is complete once the OK message has appeared.
The SportBand can only link to one new shoe sensor at a time. If it detects too many unlinked sensors, the display will show WALK AWAY. Walk away from all sensors to successfully link.
*A short sample run may appear and you will be directed to Nikeplus.com to view the run. Simply close the browser to return to the utility.

Complete a run that is a known distance. (.25 miles or longer.)
Plug the link back in to your computer, click the settings button , and adjust the calibration tab as needed.
To further optimize calibration, walk a known distance and adjust the calibration tab as you did in steps 1 and 2. If you combine running and walking in your workout, or run in an urban environment with frequent stops, completing step 3 will give you the best results.
