Image size Flash mode No. of images remaining*/ No card Battery condition Self-timer * The number of images remaining can only be approximate because it varies with JPEG compression which is a function of subject characteristics. 4 INSTALLING THE DRIVER SOFTWARE Installing the driver software To install the drivers for Windows 98 / Windows 98 SE / Windows 2000 / XP Prof. / Windows, proceed as follows: 1 Insert the installation CD-ROM into your CDROM drive. Double-click on the Setup icon. 2 3 The Setup dialog box appears. Please wait. 4 When the "Welcome" dialog appears, click [Next]. 5 When the Software License Agreement box appears, read it carefully and decide what to do: [Back]: to preceding box. [Yes]: to accept. [No]: to reject and exit. 5 INSTALLING THE DRIVER SOFTWARE 6 When the Start Copying Files box appears, select: [Next]: to start installation. [Back]: to go back to the previous dialog box. [Cancel]: to exit. 7 When the Setup Complete box appears, click [Finish] to complete installation. 6 INSTALLING THE DRIVER SOFTWARE The following steps apply equally to OS 8.6 and OS.9 1 Choose the appropriate driver for your system. Start the installation program by doubleclicking. 2 3 When the Welcome box appears, click [Continue]. 7 INSTALLING THE DRIVER SOFTWARE 4 To start installation, click [Install]. 5 Read the warnings, then click on [Continue]. If necessary, you may quit the program by clicking [Cancel]. 6 Installation has been completed successfully. 7 To initial the newly installed software, restart your computer (suggested) or click [Continue] if you wish to continue installing.
