This document serves as an easy-to-use information source to familiarize customers and systems professionals with the DLT-V4 tape drive system. The DLT-V4 tape drive is an extension of the Digital Linear Tape (DLT®) product family. This chapter describes the purpose, scope, and audience of this document. It also lists the typographical conventions used in this document.
