 worked good till it quit, it's a cheap ups. nuf said.. No problems, easy to use. , great back ups battery, a very good product. Terrible customer service, very nice and easy to use!. We've had it for years. we need the manuel for some troubleshooting however., this is a small ups, that will provide a half a minute of backup power. that's not a long time. for my application, me electricity goes down for a second once or twice a week. this ups is sufficient to get over those short power interruptions., 2 years old, and i bought a new battery pack. doesn't work, so wouldn't buy it again, not the best. we have 7 of these that are 3 years old, but have lost 2 in the past year.

 it is real good, very good product. I have ten computers at home and in the office they all use apc back ups. good product., go for it, difficult getting started because picture in user guide not consistent with the battery.
