Installation Instructions Part Number: Description: Procedure: When installing Autotech Sport Springs on 1994 and 1995 Golf or Jetta VR6 models, it is recommended to shorten the length of the original urethane foam bump stop on the front shock to allow greater suspension travel. Using a sharp hobby knife or small saw (a coping saw works well), cut the stop at the line as indicated in the illustration below. Retain the upper portion of the stop and re-install on the piston rod.
