VIA Cups are sterile-packed for immediate use and can be re-sterilised and used again. We recommend using VIA Cups no more than four times, then dispose/recycle. All other components are for permanent use and must be sterilised before each use. Expressed breast milk can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours (not in the door) or freezer for up to 3 months. Never refreeze breast milk or add fresh breast milk to already frozen milk.
