 makes excellent baguettes, it's great and the bread is wonderful.. Love it, very good and usefull product, its really eay to use . Fantastic for baking bread., beautiful pan, bought mine at a thrift store for $5.00. great addition to our baking family.. I am missing the recipe book but have found recipes on-line that are ok, it's nice, it works but is expensive, love it - why isn't it more available?.

 i like mine., haven't used it yet, looking manual . I love it!!!!, this is a product that i would like to use more often, makes fantastic banguettes. . Great pan would not use anything else
