 easy to use., good phone . Its good as i am a fat bastard with chubby fingers, great small phone easy to use, i am happy with it.. Good phone, absolute waste of money. I found the binatone not readily usable if there is no manual. on cannot understand the buttons easily. , very easy to press and see buttons., it works, quite a good phone though someone older may need assistance to set it up. i have lost the manual to my mum's phone and the ringtone has changed of its own accord and got quieter. but usually a good reliable phone. the pre programmed buttons are a great help as my mum's eyesight is not great. also rnib do a brillant add on of a box with 6 other very large preprogrammed buttons that you can add pictures or names to..
