Adjusting the volume You can adjust the volume in increments from0(off)to66(maximum). Toincreasethevolume, turnthevolumecontrol3clockwise. Adjusting the tuner Toensureproperfunctioningofthetuner, the device must be set for the region in which it is being operated. The RDS functions are active when RDS lightsupinthedisplay. Selecting the waveband/memory bank ThisdevicecanreceiveprogrammesbroadcastovertheFMfrequencyrangeaswellas theMWandLW(AM)wavebands.Thereare three memory banks available for the FM waveband (FM1, FM2 and FMT) and one foreachoftheMWandLWwavebands. Sixstationscanbestoredineachmemory bank. To switch between the FM memory banks (FM1,FM2andFMT)andtheMWandLW wavebands, brieflypresstheBND·TSbutton6. Thestoringprocedurebegins."FMTSTORE" appears on the display. After the process hascompleted,theradiowillplaythestationthatisstoredinmemorylocation1of theFMTmemorybank. 42 Radio mode Youcanusethescanfunctiontoplayallthe receivablestationsbriefly.Youcansetthe scanning time in the menu to between 5 and30seconds.
