Getting started 4.1 Install SIM card and Battery - SIM card (User's ID recognition mode), phone no. and details information about other services provided by the Storage Network Supplier. It can store your phone no. and personal information. You should insert a valid SIM card provided by the GSM system service provider, and fully charged the battery, and then you could use it. Note: SIM card should be keep far away from the children. - Be careful to insert and pull out this card; avoid the scratch and bend of this card. - Turn off this phone and take the battery out before installation or pulling out of the SIM card. P.7 6.3 Phone Call Method 1: call directly In standby mode under direct dial telephone numbers. Telephone Directory The phone book is used to record when you talk to the various information, such as name, the telephone number and so on. 7.1 Browse the phone book When you choose the telephone View, you will see all names stored in the phone list. Just click one of the names in stored, you will get the details about telephone information. 1. You can add new telephone information here. 2. You can change the information which on the list already. 3. Delete the information on the phone list. 4. You can add details about the telephone information, such as email, fax and so on. 5. You can transfer the telephone information, which means you can transfer the telephone number from the phone to the SIM card, or from the SIM card to the phone. 7.2 Telephone search - Input you want to find the user's name, press it and it can be identified. 7.3 The telephone capacity View the storage condition which has spent the quantity and the total number in SIM card and the phone, so that to make a better use of Storage space 7.4 Set up storage location The current storage location of the telephone numbers can be set up. It mainly can be stored in the SIM card or in the phone. P.8 7.5 Telephone Management Mainly offer these functions: 1. Delete all the records in the SIM card. 2. Delete all the records in the phone. 3. Copy the number from the SIM card to the phone 4. Copy the number from the phone to the SIM card 5. Transfer the information from the SIM card to the phone. 6. You can find the inbox in the message menu. - Choose one message, click it and then you will see the details of it. - The phone can offer these options: .delete: delete the message you choose .reply: reply to the message you received .make call: directly dial the number by the message .transponders: transponder this message. .extraction numbers: you can get the number from the message & store in the SIM card/ phone. P.9 8.3 Copies box - You can do these actions: .send out: .delete: you can send out the message or transponder the message to others. delete the message you chose. 8.4 Draft box - It is used to store the message which will be sent out later. - When editing message, just choose to store, then it will be in the draft box. You can send out the message later. 8.5 Default message list - There are 10 default messages in the phone. User can change the default messages but can't delete them. 8.6 Message Capacity - You can check the total of the messages in SIM card and in the phone. - 600 messages can be stored in the phone. (The capacity of the SIM depends on the kind of the card.) 8.7 Message delete - You can delete all the messages in the inbox, copies box or draft box. 8.8 Message default - Message service centre: It may be used to input the number of message service centre before sending out the message. The number is provided by the mobile phone service supplier. - The effective time of the message: It can used to design the time of the messages which are not sent out or deleted. There are five chosen: an hour, 12 hours, a day, a week, the max time. - The report of sending: It can tell you whether your message is send out or not. 9. MMS - It can send and receive messages including pictures, Voice of multimedia and so on. - In addition to the transmission between mobile transmission, but also transmission between in mobile phones and electronic mail . 9.1 Edit MMS - Enter the menu of edit message, click on icon which under in-between of the screen. Then you can enter the page of edit MMS. The main menu as follows: 1. Insert pictures: insert the pictures to the MMS where you are editing. 2. Insert photos: insert the photos to the MMS where you are editing. 3. Insert music: insert the music to the MMS where you are editing. 4. Insert text: insert the text message to the MMS where you are editing. P.10 5. Edit the title: edit the title of the MMS. 6..Delete the media: delete the media message of the MMS. Please push the left function key under the screen to make sure enter the page of send MMS after you edited the message, then you can see three ways: preview, send and save. You can chose the preview way to preview the message first you had just edited, chose send way to send your message which you had been edited and chose save to save your message firstly. 9.2 Inbox - All messages you received will put in your inbox, include the read and unread message. The phone can provide the follow options: MMS reply: use MMS to reply, the receiptor is the original sender. SMS reply: use SMS to reply , the receiptor is the original sender Reply all: not only to reply to the receiptor of the original sender, but only you can copy and airtight it to others. Forward : forward the MMS, the contents is constant, re-inputing the address of consignee only can Delete: delete the MMS you choose. Call: dial the telephone number of which the message come from directly. Save the address of the sender: save the number of the sender to the phone book. Details: display the send day, time, size and number..,etc. 9.3 OUTBOX - If you open the automatically save function in the MMS setting, the message you had send will save to you inbox automatically and display in a form of tabulate. Pick out a MMS, click on the left soft button to browse it. Look into the left soft button of the information interface to make sure the follow functions: Edit and send: re-edit and chose send. Send again: send the message to the number again, Delete: delete the MMS you choose. Detail information: display the day, time, size and number ..,etc 9.4 Spam - The spam is used to save the message that the user chose to save the message not to send after it is 1edited. Enter the spam, pick out a message, the left soft button "option" includes the follow functions. Preview: look into the content which saved in the inbox. Send: send out this content. Save: keep the MMS on the spam. Delete: delete the content you choose. Detail information: display the size. P.11 9.5 MMS paradise - You could order the SP MMS service according to your need after you enter the MMS paradise. - Please click the catalogue and rate to know some related services and charge a circumstance before you order. 9.6 Delete the MMS - You can delete the MMS fast through the function. 1. Delete all MMS in the inbox 2. Delete all MMS in the outbox 3. Delete all MMS in the spam 9.7 Setting the MMS - The main options is the following in this menu. 1. Accept automatically: you can choose open or close the function 2. Save automatically: you can chose open or close save automatically 3. MMS center of service: you can set the website for MMS service. 4. MMS priority: set the MMS priority; include low, normal and high three ways. 5. The time of send MMS: you could set the time to send MMS; the main is one hour, twelve hours, a day, a week and the maximum time. 6. Transfer report of MMS: can chose YES or NOT to set transfer report of MMS 7. Reply report of MMS: can chose YES or NOT to set reply report of MMS 8. Chose the WAP format: can chose increase or decline 10. Call logs - The phone can record the number of Missed Calls, Received Calls and Dialed Calls. It still can record the time of all received calls and the last call time. Every record includes the phone number and the name (if the name is saves in your phone book). You can get the detail information about the call. When the converse record outruns a storage space, at the earliest stage of converse the record will be deleted automatically .The new record will be add to the related options. The all operations of the record can pass to touch to hold a realization. Note: only a network support the related function, the phone must be keep open also locate a network service inside area. the phone can record the Missed Calls and Received Calls. 10.1 Dialed Phone: - That function allows the row form that you can look into recently 100 telephone numbers , including have already connected or try to dial's telephone number, use "dialed calls" function, can look into date and time. Related functions as follows: P.12 Dialing: dial this number Delete: delete the record. Save: save this number to phone book Send message: send message to this number. 10.2 Received Call - That function allows the row form that you can look into recently received 100 telephone numbers , use the "Received Calls" function, can check the date and time of every call. The functions as follows: Dialing: dial this number Delete: delete the record. Save: save this number to phone book Send message: send message to this number. 10.3 Missed Call - That function allows the row form that you can look into recently missed 100 telephone numbers , use the "Missed Calls" function, can check the date and time of every call. The functions as follows: Dialing: dial this number Delete: delete the record. Save: save this number to phone book Send message: send message to this number. 10.4 Delete Call logs Can choose Clear dialed calls, received calls and missed calls. 1. Delete all dialed calls 2. Delete all record 10.5 Call Time Use this functions to look into all phone time and last call times ( in the form of hour, minute and second to display) Note: the actually phone time and service rate from the documents of the supplier is different from it. The last call time: display the time of the last call All call time: display all time of call in and call out Reset the time calculator reset 10.6 Call rate - You can use this function to look into your all rate and last call rate. The maximum rate: display the maximum rate. 11 Milt-Media 11.1 MP4 movie () - You could chose the MP4 moving which from the phone or the storage card to transmit. - You can click the screen when you playing, shift the screen between the full screen and the standard model. - Key instructions: push the left screen button can play or stop the selected files. 11.2 MP3 () The specific operations are as follows: 1. Add songs to the music list: chose the song which you want to listen from the phone or the storage card. Then add it to the list. 2. Standby agenda: can open or close these functions. 12.2 call setting: 1 Call divert - When you set up a call transfer feature, as long as some one call you, Calls will be automatically transferred to your pre-set fixed telephone, mobile phone, voice mail, in order to avoid lose the call information. Classified into voice, data, and fax three models, the ways to divert are: 1. Divert all voice calls: the corresponding option is cancel,(can cancel the setting P.15 for unconditional divert). To voice mail,(Unconditional transferred to the voice mail)to telephone number (Unconditional transferred to telephone number).service state inquiry. 2. A conditional divert: include divert if busy, divert if no answer, and divert if unreachable three types. The related options is: cancel (can cancel the setting),to voice mail(transfer to voice mail),to telephone number(transfer phone number),service state inquiry. 3. Cancel all divert: cancel above of all call divert. Call barring: This function used to restrict the make and receive voice, data, fax message. To use this function, you need to obtain the password from the service provider. 1. Voice: Below the sub-menu have call-in and call-out restrictions and the complete abolition. 2. Data: Below the sub-menu have call-in and call-out restrictions and the complete abolition 3. Fax: Below the sub-menu have call-in and call-out restrictions and the complete abolition 4. Message: Below the sub-menu have call-in and call-out restrictions and the complete abolition. 5. Only accept VIP call: open or close the phone functions for only accept VIP calls. 6. Other setting - Set call volume: chose call volume. - Set response key: there are three models, Response key response, slide response, automatic response. Response key response: just can use manned key or click on manned key on the touch screen to answer when someone call you. Automatic response: The phone wills automatically response without any operations after five seconds. 12.3 Ring tones setting - Provide a set of options to set ring tone. Include beep model, ring tone setting (also is ring model)volume, Voice reported, Keys voice. 12.3.1 Ring model - You could set up the state of ring according to your need. The main is 1. Specific groups can be set up: General calls: Set ordinary caller rings. VIP calls: set up ring for VIP calls. Alarm: set tone for alarm Message: set tone for message. MMS: set tone for MMS. the ring number of SMS: specific number of ring as follows: 12.3.3 Volume - The user can set different ring volume to different group and options according to your need. Specific groups and options can be set up: 1. General calls: Set ordinary caller rings volume. 2. VIP calls: set up ring volume for VIP calls. 3. Alarm: set ring volume for alarm 4. Message: set ring volume for new message. 5. MMS: set ring volume for new MMS. 6. Video for turn on: set up ring volume for video for turn on 7. Video for turn off: set up ring volume for video for turn off. 12.3.4 Voice report - The user can open or close the voice report function. 12.3.5 - The user can set up your own key voice. Include three ways: 1. Close 2. Click audio 3. Digital audio 12.4 Security setting A. Boot PIN code protection. Prevent the illegal use of the user SIM card. If you activate the Boot PIN code functions, you need input the password every time when you use this phone. If input error three consecutive times, SIM card will locked automatically and show us the PIN code had been locked. (Note: the user will get an original PIN code from the supplier when you buy this SIM card.) 1. If input PIN code error three consecutive times, PIN code will lock automatically and show us the PIN code had been locked. 2. To modify the locked PIN code, you need the PUK code (Personal unlock code). PUK code usually provided with SIM card, if there is no PUK, please got it from the supplier, if you input error PUK code ten consecutive times, the SIM card will be locked eternally. B. Phone password protection - can open or close this function. The factory password is: 1234. P.17 C. Change Password: - can change PIN code, PIN2code, phone password, call barring code and so on. You need to input the former password when you change them, only input the correct original password you can setting. D. Anti-theft features: - when you change the SIM card, the system will send message to a message received number which had been scheduled after you set up this function, the system can storage five received number. Before enter into the page for anti-theft, please input the phone password first. The factory default password is: 0000. The specific process is as follows: 1. Emergency numbers. Chose emergency numbers to enter page for number setting. You could choose the directory numbers, also can manually add anti-theft message received number (for example: the phone number of your relatives and friends). Click on the save key to finish the operation after add it. The system call save five receiving numbers. If you need to change the receiving numbers which you had placed before. Please choose change in the options to enter the change interface. Re-preservation after finish change. 2. Functional status Choose Open, and then activate the security function; Choose Close, and then cancel the security function. E Factory settings - The phone factory-set password is 0000. The mobile set (not including the time and date set) can be restored to factory setting. 12.5 Clock and alarm 1. Set the time and date: can alter the time and date 2. Set the format of the time: 12-hour system and 24-hours system 3. District: the main time zones of the major parts of the world, user can choose a standard time zone 4. Alarm setting: can set three alarm clocks at the same time, and each can each can set the time, cycle and switch settings Time setting: can set time of the alarm Cycle setting: mainly several kinds, only alarm this time, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Users only need to click it. Switch setting: can open or close the alarm 12.6 Internet set - Including homepage editing, configuration files, buffer zones and cookies establishment. 12.7 Network services - Choose available network. Please pay attention that mobile operating problem will P.18 come up if service changed. 1. Automatic search: Choose a mobile phone network and registered in the network 2.
