SCREEN AND ROLLER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION Ifyourscreenwasshippedwiththemotorandrolleralreadyinstalled,proceedtostep6. 1. Removeaccessdoor.First,removethe2screwsfromtheends.Besuretosupportthedoorduringthis steptoavoidinjury.Thenliftthedoorslightlyandpullawayfromtheedgeofthecase. 2. Carefullyunpackscreenandrollerassembly.Leavepackingpaperonroller. 3. Toinstallscreenandrollerassembly,insertthemotorendintothemotormountbracketasshowninFig.1. 4. Loosen(butdonotremove)two1/4-20nutssecuringpinendbracket(stageleft)tothecasehousing.Slidethe brackettowardstheendofthecase.Insertthemotorendsquareshaftintothemotorendbracketandsecurewith theclip.Insertthetipoftherollerpinendintothebracketandposition.Tightenthe1/4-20nutssecurely. 5. Completeelectricalhook-upbysnappingmotorwireconnectorintocaseconnector. 6. Toadjusttheuplimitswitch,pressandholdtheuptactilebuttonuntiltheLEDonbackofswitchturnssolidgreen. Thiswillputthemotorinlimitsetmode.Turnthewallswitchoverandusetheupbuttononfrontofswitch.Press andholduntilthedesiredtravelpositionisreached.Ifyoutraveltofarupyoucanpressthedowntomovethe screendownward.Ifyoupressandletgoofeitherupordownbuttonthemotorwilldoasmalljoginthatdirection forfineradjustmentofscreen.Oncedesiredpositionisreachedturnswitchoverpressandholduptactilebutton untiltheLEDonbackofswitchblinksgreentwice.Theuplimitisnowset. 5.
