great machine. no problems, need help assemiling. I bought it used and i am having a hard time figuring it out., its pretty good., great product. Only just had the hoover but so far it is definately good value for money, nice vacuum but expensive . Very efficient, its great, great machine but pricey, i love my new dyson vacum .

i can't figure out how to use it and that's why im downloading the guide , used for the first time--cannot get handle to lock in upright position and need to know where all the buttons are.. Wonderful piece of machinery!, not worth the money. too heavy. tools cumbersome., best choice if you find it.. Great machine, very good on all flores. Very good overall., i like this very much, does not seem to be working as well as i had hoped., just need instructions .

great product!, does what it should. Really good product, works well. easy to use., wouldn't use anything other than a dyson. Awkward to hold or handle machine when trying to do basic maintenance, i love my animal, dc14.. Lot of parts tp remove and reinsert for operation, i like the animal but have had problems with clogs, best vacuum cleaner i have purchased , good vacuem. would recommend it..

greatest vaccum ever , needs to help on belt replace. Good value, easy to use, soft plastic used is not sturdy, pain in the ass to clean. I like the vacuum cleaner, my dyson is the best vacuum i have owned would recommend one for every house hold . It is a good vacum , very spendy and does not suck as advertised, not sure, needed to put something to get download, just bought cannot actuall tell. had to put something to get manual.

i like my dyson, easy to use. It is great, love our dyson!!! i wouldn't buy any other brand. , i just want the manual . Awesome sweeper, but lost my manual., good suction!. Very good , very good dyson, highly recommended, generally fairly good, but seems to lack power on occassion. that may be because i need to change the filters, nice vacuum. unfortunately my wife bought a floor model without the owners manual, and we haven't been able to figure out how to use the attachments without it..

hose attachment can be difficult to figure out., i bought my first one refurbished and it has been nothing but awesome. i love dyson, it's the only vacuum to use.. I like this vacuum alot. i would recommend it to a friend., this prodduct easily out-performs other makes. a complete winner, will never buy anything but a dyson!

Do not use the machine to pick up sharp hard objects, small toys, pins, paper clips, etc., because they may damage the machine. The use of an extension cord is not recommended. Store the machine indoors. Put the machine away after use with the cord wrapped safely to prevent tripping accidents. Turn off all controls before unplugging. Take extra care when cleaning on stairs; always work with the machine at the bottom of the stairs. Keep vacuum on the floor. Do not put the machine on chairs, tables, etc. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes. Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present. When vacuuming, certain carpets may generate small static charges in the Clear bin or wand. These are not associated with the electricity supply. To minimize any effect from this, do not put your hand or insert any object into the Clear bin unless you have first emptied it and rinsed it out with cold water. Do not carry out any maintenance or repair work other than that shown in this manual or advised by the Dyson Helpline. Consult your flooring manufacturer's recommended instructions before vacuuming and caring for your flooring, rugs, and carpets. Some carpets will fuzz if a rotating brushbar is used when vacuuming. If this happens, we recommend vacuuming in bare floors mode and consulting with your flooring manufacturer.
