W I R E L E S S S O L U T I O N P R OV I D E R SN-ULTRA-AS Antenna Splitter Quick Reference The EnGenius Antenna Splitter allows the EnGenius base unit's signal to be directed to two different areas. Splitting the signal will significantly reduce the potential coverage, when compared to not splitting the signal, but is ideal when obstacles obstruct the signal and weaken or prevent coverage to another area. Connect the Reverse Thread TNC Connector (Port 3) to the included 3 meter coaxial cable, and then attach the other end of this cable to the base unit's antenna connector. Note: EnGenius base unit's antenna connector uses a reverse thread TNC adapter and is turned clockwise to remove. 2.Connect the Reverse Thread TNC Connector (Port 1 or Port 2) to the Antenna Kit, SN-ULTRA-AK10 or SN-ULTRA-AK20. Customers: ALL EnGenius brand products are only covered under the manufacturer's warranty if purchased through EnGenius Technologies, Inc. or an EnGenius Authorized Reseller. Modifications to this product not expressly approved by the manufacturer may void the warranty and the user's authority to operate the equipment. This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in the United States, its territories, and Canada. Warranty is valid from the original point of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required for warranty, please keep the original receipt for proof of purchase. What will we do? If this product is defective in materials or workmanship and is returned to us within one year of the date of purchase with proof of purchase, we will repair it or, at our option, replace it at no charge to you. When this product must be repaired, we may choose to replace it with a new or reconditioned unit of the same or similar design. The repair or replacement will be warranted for either (a) 90 days or (b) the remainder of the original one-year warranty period, whichever is longer. Limitations Implied warranties, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchantability (anunwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use), are limited to one year from the date of purchase.We will not pay for loss of time, loss of business, inconvenience, loss of use of this product, bodily injury or property damage caused by this product or its failure to work, or any other incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. Warranty Service To get warranty service on this product, you must provide proof of the date of purchase. Call EnGenius Customer Service at 714-432-8668 (U.S.) or 905-940-8181 (Canada) for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and the address of the nearest authorized service location. You are responsible for paying all shipping, insurance and handling costs to return the product to us. We suggest you retain your original package and packing material in the event you need to ship the product. When sending the product to a service location, include your name, address, phone number, RMA number, copy of dated, proof of purchase and a description of the operating problem. After repairing or replacing this product, we will ship it to your home or business in the United States or Canada. What this warranty does not cover This warranty does not cover damage, abuse, accidents, nor damaged caused by incorrect installation, act of nature, nor military or police actions. Events outside of the manufacturer's control including but not limited to, accidents, damage while in transit to our service location, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, damage resulting from misuse, mishandling (including bent or broken antenna), or operations outside of the normal operating conditions or environment, fire, flood, and use outside of the United States or Canada. Nor do we warrant this product to be compatible with any particular telephone equipment or party line, key telephone systems or more sophisticated customer premises switching systems. If this product is not covered by our warranty, call us at 714-432-8668 (U.S.) or 905-940-8181 (Canada) for repair information and charges. We, at our option, may replace rather than repair this product with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design. The repair or replacement will be warranted for 90 days. A lightning protection kit should always be used with an outdoor exposed antenna. We recommend the EnGenius SNULTRA-LPK. This warranty is the only one we give on this product, and it sets forth all our responsibilities regarding the product. There are no other expressed warranties.
