1. Find a clean, level place to begin the assembly of your game table. We recommend building the unit on the box top to protect the parts during assembly. 2. Place the main cabinet P1 up side down as shown in FIGURE 1. 3. Attach the goalie handle P3 to the main cabinet using bolt H2, two washers H4 and lock nut H3. Do not over tighten, the handle must be able to pivot. 4. Attach the puck catcher P2 to the cabinet using screws H1 as shown in FIGURE 1. 5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for both ends of the table.
6. From the bottom of the table insert a gear assembly P10 into each player groove. You want the playfield between the two flat tabs on the gear. You do this by putting the tabs into the player groove and then turning the entire gear assembly so it faces the rod it will be attached to. See Rod Assemby Detail. 7. See FIGURE 2 for player rod layout. 8. Next push the gear assembly into the corresponding rod and attach with screw H1. Also attach the rod stopper P11 to the rod with screw H1. 9. Slide one rubber bushing P9 onto each rod from outside of the main cabinet. Slide a rod handle P8 on the rod after the rubber bushing. H1 P11
