OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Thank you for selecting an Eutech Instruments conductivity/TDS cell. Cell constant (K) = 1.0 Dimensions (mm): 132 L x 12 dia. BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Soak electrode in alcohol for a few minutes to remove oils, if any. CALIBRATION: Calibrate according to meter instructions. ALWAYS use fresh standard: see selected Eutech calibration standards below. Select a calibration value equal to 2/3 of the value in the range you are measuring. DURING MEASUREMENT: · Avoid particulate matter: allow it to settle before taking measurements. Don't let sediment build up on the sensors. · Avoid air bubble entrapment in the sensor by gently tapping electrode to dislodge. · For accurate readings, make sure conductivity cell sensors are completely immersed in the sample. · Rinse with deionized water after every measurement. CLEANING: Soak cell in alcohol for 2 minutes & then rinse thoroughly in deionized water.
