Vacu-CellTM System Mini Perfusion Chamber, Open Top Model MPC-OT The Mini Series Open Top Chamber uses a single 25 mm round coverslip. Dual o-rings on the bottom of the chamber securely hold the coverslip in place using a vacuum seal. The observation window measures 17.5 mm diameter. The total volume in the observation window is approximately 240 µl when the depth of the perfusion fluid is 1 mm. The perfusion ports are configured for use with 1/16 inch OD tubing. This chamber is available in black anodized aluminum that is coated with parylene for biological compatibility. Temperature is controlled using a heated microscope stage adapter.
