To uninstall Medal of Honor Allied Assault Spearhead 1. Startthe Windows operating system. 2. Left-click the BStart button from the Windows Taskbar and select All Programs (or Programs) > EA GAMES > Medal of Honor Allied Assault Spearhead > Uninstall MOHAAS. 3.
