This colour display monitor requires a three-wire grounding type power cord set. The power cord set will only fit into a safety grounded power outlet. DO NOT defeat the safety purpose of the grounding type power cord set. When the power cord set or plugs are damaged or frayed, replace with a new one of the same type. DO NOT overload wall outlet and extension cord as this can result in fire or electric shock.

The HITACHI Auto 480 (CM1474AE) is a high resolution colour display monitor compatible with IBM Personal System/2 computer models 30, 50, 60 and 80.
