Important HP Digital Entertainment Center PC Information Restarting Your System If you notice that programs are taking longer to respond to commands from the keyboard or remote control, you may need to restart your system from one of the following: · Media Center: Click the Shut Down icon, and then select Restart. · Windows desktop: Click Start, Turn Off Computer, and then Restart. NOTE: Only use the chassis On/Standby button to turn the power off if you cannot access Media Center or the Windows desktop. You cannot use the keyboard to shut down your HP Digital Entertainment Center PC. Recording Indicator If you have programmed your HP Digital Entertainment Center to record multiple programs, the frontpanel recording indicator LED may remain lit after the first recording has ended (it will for at least five minutes, because the system records an extra five minutes before and after each program). The remaining programs are recorded as intended. Connecting to Wireless Network Windows may display a message that states it is unable to connect to one of the available wireless networks.
