You can prevent serious electrical shock and other hazards by keeping in mind the following: Do not place anything heavy, wet or magnetic on the LCD TV or the power cord. Never cover the ventilation openings with any material and never touch them with metalic or inflammable materials. Remote Control Remote Control Inserting the Batteries into the Remote Control You must insert or replace the batteries in the remote control when you: + Purchase the TV. + Find that the remote control is no longer operating correctly. 1. Installing on the Wall You can install the TV on the wall using a mounting bracket (sold separately). To reduce the risk of damage from falling, this TV should be secured at all times. Do not install on a weak surface such as plaster or foam board.
