Lion's Head (DL20) Bar Assembly TOOLS REQUIRED: Step 1 · Phillips head screwdriver, Power Drill, Wrench · Lion's Head Bracket with accompanying hardware (tech screw, threaded rod, wood screw, washer and nut) · 2 " Tube railing · Duralit Brass Polish · A clean rag (to clean off fingerprints) Step 2 INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1 Insert threaded rod into threaded hole located in back of the Lion's Head Bracket. Step 2 Pre drill hole for 3/8" threaded rod and position Lion's Head in place. If threaded rod is exposed through underside of bar add washer and tighten nut into place using a wrench. Step 3 Insert Wood screw into pre-drilled pilot hole through the front of the bar to complete Lion's Head bracket installation. Step 3 Step 4 Step 4 Insert railing through Lion's bracket and position Step 5 Insert tech screw into the bottom of Lion's bracket to secure railing into position.
