Replacing a Cassette TOOLS REQUIRED: · Phillips head screwdriver INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1 Step 1 Start by loosening the two screws. Do not remove them. Step 2 Release the 1 spline and grommet by pulling outward. Then lift the old cassette out of the post. Step 3 Fit the new cassette into the post, aligning the spline and grommet to the slots. Step 4 Press the cassette fully into post and tighten the two screws. Cassette is now ready.
