Replacing Plastic Splines with Metal Splines TOOLS REQUIRED: · Phillips head screwdriver · Slide Bar · Metal Spline Tools INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1 Determine which spline to change. Tighten all the other splines. Step 2 Loosen up the spline, take slide bar and lightly tap spline from the top. Step 3 Remove and Replace with metal spline Step 4 Slide in spline and fit into place, gently tap spline with slide bar until spline pops into place. Step 3 Step 5 Line up spline and replace screw, must be screwed in firmly. Step 6 Turn over and follow instruction in order to replace another spline. Note: Replace one spline at a time. Do not loosen more tahn one spline at a time..
