WB2 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT NOTICE: READ BEFORE ASSEMBLY AND BE SURE YOU HAVE ALL COMPONENT PARTS. NOTE: COMPLETE STEPS ONE THROUGH FIVE WITH WORKBENCH LYING FLAT ON FLOOR. WB2-L LEFT 8mm x 58mm 6mm x 40mm WRENCH B A WASHER NUT STEP 1 WB2-R RIGHT Place the left (WB2-L) and right (WB2-R) leg assemblies flat on the floor in front of you, approximately 25" apart, with the yellow turning knob arm on top, facing you. Position the leg assembly marked LEFT on your left side and the leg assembly marked RIGHT on your right side. STEP 2 WB2-L WB2-12 Attach one of the two cross braces (WB2-12) to the two leg assemblies with the flat side of the cross brace facing you and the holes side up. Use 6mm x 40mm bolts and washers and nuts. WB2-R NOTCH WB2-15B WB2-12 Place work surface supports (WB2-14A) hollow side facing up, on top of screw arm assembly (at end with adjusting knobs) fitting the large plastic nub into the large hole of the screw arm assembly. With the notch of the narrow board (WB2-15B) facing away from you, place board on top of the plastic work surface supports. Position the 1/2" (smallest holes) over the nubs of the plastic supports and press down. Using two 8mm x 58mm bolts, screw down wood surface to work surface supports. STEP 3 WB2-14A WB2-14A WB2-14B WB2-15A WB2-15A Place work surface supports (WB2-14B) hollow side facing up, on top of screw arm assembly with the six sided hole positioned over the threaded opening of the screw arm assembly. With the notch of the wide board (WB2-15A) facing toward you, place board on top of the plastic work surface supports. Position the 1/2" (smallest holes) over the nubs of the plastic supports and press down. Using two 8mm x 58mm bolts screw down wood surface to work surface supports. STEP 4 WB2-14B NOTCH WB2-15B WB2-16 WB2-17 STEP 5 WB2-12 Turn the entire assembly over and attach remaining cross brace (WB2-12) to the two leg assemblies with the flat side of the cross brace facing you and the holes side up. Use 6mm x 40mm bolts and washers and nuts . Place the rubber feet (WB2-17) onto the ends of each leg . CAUTIONS: · DO NOT USE ON SLIPPERY OR WET SURFACE. · DO NOT EXCEED MAXIMUM LOAD OF 350 POUNDS. · DO NOT USE AS A LADDER, STEP STOOL OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A WORKBENCH. · CHECK TIGHTNESS OF HARDWARE BEFORE EACH USE. · ALWAYS USE SAFETY GOGGLES WHEN WORKING WITH ANY TOOLS. WB2-17 STEP 6 Stand workbench upright, extend side braces fully, and place plastic vice grips (WB2-16) into desired positions on wood surface to hold projects. Move grips as needed. Congratulations! WB2-L IZQUIERDA INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE WB2 8mm x 58mm 6mm x 40mm LLAVE INGLESA B A ARANDELA TUERCA WB2-R DERECHA Coloque la articulación de las patas izquierda (WB2-L) y derecha (WB2-R) sobre el suelo frente a usted, separados de aproximadamente 63,5 cm (25 pulgadas), con el mango del botón amarillo encima en frente de usted. Ponga la articulación de la pata marcada LEFT (IZQUIERDA) a su izquierda y la articulación de la pata marcada RIGHT (DERECHA) a su derecha. Con la muesca de la placa estrecha (WB2-15B) frente al lado opuesto de usted, coloque la placa encima de los soportes de plástico de la superficie de trabajo. Coloque los agujeros más pequeños (1,3cm) por encima de las secciones de los soportes de plástico y oprima. Con dos pernos de 8mm x 58mm, atornille la superficie de madera encima de los soportes de la superficie de trabajo. Coloque los soportes de la superficie de trabajo (WB2-14B) con el lado ahuecado hacia arriba, encima de la articulación del brazo acoplador con el agujero hexágono ubicado encima de la apertura fileteada de la articulación del brazo acoplador. Con la muesca de la placa ancha (WB2-15A) frente a usted, coloque la placa encima de los soportes de plástico de la superficie de trabajo. Coloque los agujeros más pequeños (1,3cm) por encima de las secciones de los soportes de plástico y oprima. Con dos pernos de 8mm x 58mm, atornille la superficie de madera encima de los soportes de la superficie de trabajo. WB2-12 PASO 3 WB2-14A WB2-14B WB2-15A WB2-15A PASO 4 WB2-14B MUESCA WB2-15B WB2-17 WB2-16 PASO 5 WB2-12 De la vuelta a todo el montaje y conecte la abrazadera de través restante (WB2-12) a las dos articulaciones de patas con el lado plano de la abrazadera de través frente a usted y con los orificios hacia arriba. Utilice pernos, arandelas y tuercas de 6mm x 40mm. Coloque los pies de goma (WB2-17) al extremo de cada pata. PRECAUCIONES: · NO UTILICE ESTE PRODUCTO SOBRE UNA SUPERFICIE RESBALADIZA O MOJADA. · NO EXCEDA LA CARGA MÁXIMA DE 159K (350 LIBRAS). · NO UTILICE UNA ESCALERA, UN ESCABEL O CUALQUIER OTRO PRODUCTO QUE LA MESA DE TRABAJO. · COMPRUEBE LA FIRMEZA DEL MONTAJE ANTES DE CADA USO. · UTILICE SIEMPRE GAFAS DE PROTECCIÓN CUANDO TRABAJE CON CUALQUIER HERRAMIENTA. WB2-17 PASO 6 Ponga de pie la mesa de trabajo, extienda completamente las abrazaderas laterales y coloque las tenazas de plástico (WB2-16) en las posiciones deseadas para mantener en sitio los proyectos sobre la superficie de madera.
