Skirted Mobile Base Installation Instructions for Lista Cabinets Instructions for installing the skirts to Lista cabinet(s) with skirted mobile base Items & hardware included: · 4 ­#10-32 x 1/4" Phillips head screw (A109124)¬ · 2 ­ End covers · 2 ­ Front & Rear covers ® · One Lista cabinet or two Lista cabinets bolted together side by side with a total of four casters Tools required: · Screwdriver or Cordless drill with a #2 Phillips driver Figure 1 Lista Cabinet End Cover - Before you begin: · Before starting, make sure you have all four skirt covers & hardware listed above. Make sure the cover pieces are not bent or damaged. End Covers: · Start by attaching the end covers -. There is no left or right, front or back as the parts are symmetrical. Insert the #10 x 1/4" Phillips head screws¬ into each hole as shown in figure 1. Then align each screw with the holes in the flange at the bottom of the side or end of the cabinet. · Tighten each screw using caution not to strip the hole (set cordless drill to a low torque setting). The assembled result should look like that shown in figure 2. · Repeat the same procedure on the other end/side. Front & Rear Covers: · To assemble the front & rear covers® simply align the covers as shown in figure 2 (notch up). · Then firmly push into place between the bottom of the cabinet & the flange of the end cover-. · Note that the dimples on the bottom flange of the front & rear covers® should engage or snap into the obround holes at the ends of each end cover-. #10 x ¼" Phillips Screws ¬ Figure 2 Lista Cabinet Front/Rear Cover ® Trouble Shooting Problem: The front & rear covers® do not snap firmly into place or seem loose & rattle around. Suggestion: Make sure the bottom flange on the end covers-, as well as the bottom flange on the Front/Rear covers®, are straight. If not use a rubber mallet or pliers to bend as needed.
