Watching a DVD
The remote control can be used to play DVDs on your Xbox console. Because the Xbox console has a DVD tray, watching a DVD is as simple as placing a DVD in the tray. When you watch a DVD, the DVD is controlled by the Xbox console, not Media Center Extender for Xbox. To watch the DVD you must remove the Media Center Extender for Xbox disc from the tray.
Note Before you try to use the remote control to watch a DVD, make sure the infrared receiver is connected to a game port.
