(k) USB port Note: In the main menu, press " " and " " or / VOL+ / VOL ­ to select between functions. 2. Power supply If the icon of power is empty, it indicates low power. Use the USB charger to charge the battery of your ZAZZ Music Digital Player. Connect the USB charger to your ZAZZ Music to recharge the battery. Battery can be charged with the ZAZZ Music turned ON or OFF. Note: When recharging, the battery bar will flash and please power off for save charging time. III. The unit will turn itself off after three minutes of non-operation. 1. Play Video In the main menu (Fig. 1), Push the LEFT or RIGHT MENU key to select the "MOVIE" icon. The ZAZZ Music Digital player will play the first file of the root directory. Press MENU key will stop playing of the current track. -6- Movie 1.1. How to get the video file that can well-play on player? Get the video file that can well-play on ZAZZ Music Digital player by tool of CD-ROM, about detail information of tool, please refer to the help file of tool in the CD-ROM. Convert video file This player can convert the WMV, RM, AVI, VOB or DAT into AVI video format via the attached video convert software on the CD ROM. 1 click and run the program of "AV converter.exe" select your desired video/audio file and AVI video file (AVIch3.0) routine to be generated. 2 Select and set your desired parameters, click [start to convert] button, then begin to convert into AVI file. The successfully converted AVI video file can be played on mp4 player during the operation, enter video play menu, select the corresponding file, short press [mode]key to play video. Long press to exit (the video play interface refers to the screen description) 3 2. Play Music In the main menu, push the LEFT or RIGHT MENU key to select the music icon. The player will play the first file of the root directory. Music -7- In this interface, press constantly AB/REC key to pop the file list, press constantly "AB/KEY" key for timing repeat (please set the time of timing repeat in System Function). 2.1. How to operate online menu When playing a track, press " Menu" key to enter Play Setup menu, push up or down "Menu" key to select item. Push right menu key (or press menu key) to pop current sub menu, push left or right key to adjust the setting. Press Menu key to confirm setting, or press constantly Menu key to cancel current setting. Portable hard disk Your ZAZZ Music can be used as a removable disk without the need of driver installation when used in the following operating systems: WIN ME / 2000 / XP. Driver installation is needed for operating systems in Win98. Note: Please avoid disconnecting - 14 - your USB connection during file transfer. V. Unplug your ZAZZ Music from the PC safely. To avoid data lost caused by unsafe removal of your ZAZZ Music, please click on the USB device icon in the task bar of your Desktop and follow the instructions to stop the USB devices before unplugging your ZAZZ Music from the PC. VI. Update Firmware and Font Connect your ZAZZ Music to your PC via the USB cord, drag the firmware and font that you want to update into the U disk, than disconnect USB connection, the player will restart and update the firmware and font automatically.
