Charge power pack
Before you can use the power pack to charge a battery in a compatible Nokia device, you must charge the internal battery of the power pack. The power pack has an internal, nonremovable, rechargeable battery. Do not attempt to remove the battery from the device, as you may damage the device. 1. Plug the charger cable into the charger connector indicated with "DC IN". 2. Connect the charger to a power source. The green indicator lights roll while charging. The more lights are shown, the more charge is left in the power pack. Charging the power pack fully may take up to 10 hours if the power pack is not connected to a Nokia device. 3. When the battery is fully charged, all four green indicator lights are
shown. Disconnect the charger from the power source, and unplug the charger cable from the power pack. While the power pack is connected to a charger, you can use the power pack to charge one or two Nokia devices. If the power pack cannot be charged (for example, because the operating temperature is too low or high), the red indicator light is shown. To check how much charge is left in the power pack when it is not connected to a device, press and hold the power key for about 2 seconds. If the amber indicator light is shown, the power pack is discharged and must be charged again for use.

Battery information
Your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times, but it will eventually wear out. Recharge your battery only with Nokia approved chargers designated for this device. If left unused, a fully charged battery will lose its charge over time. Never use any charger that is damaged. Always try to keep the battery between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F). Extreme temperatures reduce the capacity and lifetime of the battery. A device with a hot or cold battery may not work temporarily. Battery performance is particularly limited in temperatures well below freezing. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire as they may explode. Batteries may also explode if damaged.
