 simple and efficient, have had the phone almost 20 years, just can't find the user's guide. Overall it's a good phone system., very good product., difficult to program. I'm a new user to this phone which has been in service at my compamy for a number of years. it seems like an easy to use phone, with voice clarity but because i don't have the users manual, i don't know how to do anything with it!!!, reliable for many years. Haven't used the t7316e very long. i need a user manual to teach me what it can do., at the moment i think if is very hard to use, works good, need help with volume control .

 can't find instructions on setting the time, so . It's okay., owned for many years and seems to do everything a small business would want, good for business use.. Not such a good phone., nortel is a great product. Whant the manual, i just need the manual, no opinion, changing the vm is diffucult.

 just need to learn how to program it , user manual is lacking. Phoneis ok, but we don't have a users manual , i like it, the phone is very good.. Needs better directions, once we learn how to use all the functions i am sure it will be a great phone system. . Great phone have had no problems just need to know a few answers, i wish it was more user friendly, not very intuitive, need the manual first.

 suck for caller id, have had some problems with quality of sound using "hasds free". Great buy!, the phone is okay, but there are too many steps to use the voice mail feature., hard to program. Goosd phone, thanks for co-oprait. Don't have one, it's a good phone, if only it did what is was promised to do. . . , i like it very much.

 filling out a form like this is part of the reason i gave the first question 1 star., its great when u know what you're doing. Bt are rubbish and have no after sales, we did not get training on how to use the phones only a word doc. 3 years down the line of being self taut a sales rep is trying to sell training on the system for over £200 'insult', my opinion is unknown at this time., fine, hard to get support for questions that should be easy. dicsonnects if you don't dial outgoing numbers fast enough.. Nice phone, somewhat confusing . Excellent phone system, works well., i had more of an issue getting to the manual on-line. geesh!, not very user friendly.

 one of the best phones ive ever used, hard to program. Like the phone very much , great system, my boss bought them. they seem fine.
