Awesome product :), it's almost problem-free all these 12 years i've had it! so long that i've lost the manual!, have had it for 12 years. but lost manual. first time having problem now. paper comes through with no text on it. . Very good, good fax. Can't get the help function to work either, useful for deaf people, i think it's an okay product to use , in order of it`s price it`s a good work tool..
