Polaroid's ID104 Econo Camera
It puts a more economical face on cut and paste ID cards.
Systems
When you buy the ID-104 Econo, you'll be getting the most economical ID camera in the Polaroid family. But you won't be cutting corners in the bargain. It was designed to focus on quality, accuracy and ease of use. So you can expect consistently professional results from your in-house ID program. It sheds new light on flawless framing. You won't need a viewfinder with the ID-104 Econo. It uses a single beam of light to make sure your subject's face is right where you want it and in focus. And it's just one of the bright ideas that will help you take outstanding pictures.
Cards made with Polaroid Polacolor ID Ultraviolet films defy tampering. That's because the film has an invisible security pattern printed right into it. This pattern, which can be easily seen under ultraviolet light, is destroyed when a card is altered. So forgeries are easy to spot.

It has all the features you need to create great photos for your ID cards. An LED panel indicates camera settings and guides you through operation. Strobe brightness can be set for all lighting conditions. And the strobe boost lets you enhance one picture without changing the exposure on the others. This is particularly useful when photographing subjects with dark complexions. Finally, an infinitely adjustable aperture switch allows operation with all types of recommended Polaroid ID films in all lighting conditions. It has a memory for important details. The ID-104 Econo's memory retains all selected settings when you shut it off, avoiding film waste. It also shuts off automatically after ten minutes, a reminder you'll appreciate during battery operation. And it flashes a low battery icon, sounding a beep, if the system's voltage is too low. If ignored, the camera will power down to eliminate damage.
