The slots in the front of the appliance for the passage of the air must carefully kept un-obtructed for an efficient cooling of the unit. Oven door removal and refitting Open fully the oven door and hook the ring A to the upper bar of the door hinge as shown in the fig. 6. Once hinge locked, grip both sides of the door, near the hinges, then lift and remove as in the fig. 7. After cleaning refit the oven door inversely proceeding in similar way. Make sure the lower bars of the hinges correctely placed in the proper slots and the rings A released from the upper bars before closing the door. Inner glass removal and refitting To remove unscrew the two clamps B and C as shown in the fig. 8. After cleaning refit the glass inversely proceeding in similar way: DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREW B, because the glass need to expand when you will use your oven. Shelf runner removal and refitting To unhook the runner apply pressure downwards on the highest bar pulling it to the inside of the oven. After cleaning replace it in a similar manner resting first the lowest bar in the proper supports and, with a downwards pressure on the highest bar, push the runner to the side of the oven. Oven bulb replacement Switch off your oven and isolate the power. When the oven is cool, reach the light glass cover and unscrew it as shown in fig. 10. Replace the bulb with a new one with the same specifications and screw the cover back until is hand tight. Bulb replacement is not covered by your Guarantee. Fig. 7 Electrical connection The installer will be responsable for complying with the safety regulations of the user's Country. Warning: This appliance MUST be earthed. The connection must be made directly to the mains supply by installing between the supply mains and the appliance a double pole switch having minimum 3 mm distance between the poles suitable for the power input and complying with the regulation in force. This appliance must not be connected integrally with any appliance on the same sub-circuit. Preparation on the cabinet No specific openings are necessary for ventilation in the cabinet because this appliance is equipped with a cooling fan drawing air across the slots in the top and bottom of the unit. It is enough to respect the dimensions of the housing as in the fig. 11 and 12. Important The housing should not be free standing, but secured to the wall or/and adjacent fittings and housing, do not lift it by the door handle. Do not force the oven into the housing using the open door as a lev and never exercise excessive pressure on the open door. Instrucciones para el instalador
Las siguientes instrucciones está dirigidas al instalador calificado a fin de que cumpla las operaciones de instalación regulación y mantenimiento de manera correcta y de acuerdo con las leyes y normas vigentes. Cualquier intervención se debe efectuar con el aparato desenchufado, en caso contrario es necesario actuar con la máxima prudencia. Conexión eléctrica Antes de efectuar la conexión asegurarse de que: Los interruptores automáticos y las instalación doméstica pueden soportar la potencia del aparato (ver la tarjeta de identificación); La instalación de alimentación esté provista de eficaces conexiones de tierra según las normas vigentes. El interruptor omnipolar usado para la conexión se pueda alcanzar fácilmente cuando el aparato esté instalado. En la conexión directa a la red es necesario interponer entre el aparato y la red un interruptor omnipolar con apertura mÃnima entre los contactos de 3 mm, con dimensiones correspondientes a la potencia y a las normas vigentes. El cable de tierra amarillo/verde no debe ser interrumpido en el interruptor. El cable de base de color marrón (que proviene del borne "L" de la caja de bornes interna del horno) debe estar siempre conectado a la base de la red de alimentación. En cualquier caso el cable de alimentación debe estar colocado de manera que en ningún punto alcance una temperatura superior a 75°C. Después de la conexión probar los elementos calefactores haciendo funcionar el horno durante aproximadamente 3 minutos. El fabricante declina toda responsabilidad en el caso de que no se respeten las normas de seguridad. El empotramiento en los muebles modulares Para lograr el buen funcionamiento del aparato colocado en un mueble modular es necesario, que éste posea las caracterÃsticas adecuadas y que se tengan en cuenta las dimensiones del horno, del hueco y las instrucciones para la colocación y la puesta a punto. Conforme a las normas de seguridad, la protección contra posibles contactos con las partes eléctricas debe ser asegurada mediante una correcta operación de empotramiento de aparato. Todas las partes que aseguran la protección incluso un posible panel de cubierta (por ejemplo si un aparato esta situado en el primer o en el último módulo), deben fijarse de modo que no puedan extraerse sin la ayuda de herramientas adecuadas. Instintimos en el hecho de que en los módulos las capas de materiales plásticos en la madera deben tratarse con pegamento resistente a temperaturas de 120°C. Materiales plásticos o pegamentos no resistentes a esta temperatura son la causa de deformaciones y despegados. Colocación Introducir el aparato en el heuco; fijar el horno en el mueble con cuarto tornillos que se adaptan perfectamente en los orificios realizados en el marco perimetral. En el caso que se efectué también la colocación de una encimera dotada de plancha eléctrica, la conexión eléctrica de la encimera y la del horno se deberán realizar independientemente, bien por razones eléctricas bien para facilitar la extracción del horno. Los posibles alargos deberán realizarse con cables que estén en condiciones de soportar la potencia prevista. Fig. 11

Servicing information
Before calling the ser vice be sure you know how to operate your oven: it may help you in explaining the malfunction to the ser viceman and check that there is not a power cut (with the fuse still working). When you call for ser vice or order parts do not forget to give:  model of your oven  serial number  colour (when in enamelled version)  part name or/and description of the problem  your full name, address, home phone number, (or/and business phone number if appropriate).

Instructions to the installer
The appliance must be installed by a qualified techician accordingly with the instructions of this booklet and with the installation requirements and regulations in force in the user's Countr y. The oven must be installed in a housing which has been built to withstand a temperature of 120 ° C in accordance with EEC REGS. The manufacturer declines any responsa-bility for faults arising from incorrect installation or/and connection or/and inadequate ventilation.

ENGLISH buttons. The counting-up and counting-down speed increases when +/Fig. 4 the buttons are held down. If a function button is just briefly touched and released, the selected function is displayed for 5 seconds. Within this time setting may be commenced. Five seconds after releasing the function button or after setting is completed, the display rever ts to time of day. When a programme has been set, it starts immediately. Selection of a function is accompanied by a sound signal. Setting the time Press the cooking time and the end time simultaneously, and set the time with +/- buttons. This deletes any previously set programme. The contacts are switched off. Manual use By pressing simultaneously 2 and 3 buttons (the automatic symbol will be erased), the saucepan symbol lights up. This deletes any previously set programme Semi-automatic use with cooking time setting Press the cooking time button and set the desired time with +/. The saucepan and A symbol appear. The relay switches on immediately. When the cooking end time corresponds to the time of day, the relay and the saucepan symbol switch off. The sound signal rings and the A symbol flashes. USING THE ROTISSERIE (see fig. 3 and 4) Insert the supports "A" of the spit in to the proper holes "B" at the corners of the pan taking care that the support with the rod "C" must be placed on the left side of the pan. Screw handle "D" in to the spit and run the meat through (balancing it properly to avoid unnecessar y strain on the motor) and grip it securely with the forks. Insert the spit into the hole "E" on the left support; remove the handle "D" and slide the pan on the first runner from the bottom. Check always that the spit end is properly inser ted in the hole "E" and the rod "C" also, is properly inser ted in the driving tip of the motor "F". We suggest for a better connection to turn the rod "C" a little bit when inserting into the hole "F". Switch on the turnspit turning the selector knob to the symbol . For rotisserie turn the thermostat knob fig. 2 to the max. The rotisserie is also equiped with 8 small spits "I" and 3 disks "G" to be inser ted as above mentioned into the spit "H" of the fig. 4. Insert the small spit in the proper slot of the disk turning the eyelet with a 90° rotation for a good locking: for removing it operate with backwards procedures. Defrost Turn the function knob (fig. 8) to the symbol and the thermostat knob (fig. 2) to the OFF position. Air at room temperature is forced by the fan around the food for fast defrosting. Remember to place the food on a tray, to collect the liquid from defrosting and to remove the packaging from defrosted foods before cooking. Symbols window The window shows the selected temperature marked in °C or the symbol of the function corresponding to the selected position of the knob. Thermostat indicator lamp This light is on when you turn the thermostat knob and switches off when the oven reaches the selected temperature and will cycle on and off during the cooking in line with the oven temperature. Oven lamp This light is always on with every selected function by the function knob (fig. 1). When needing the inside lighted up without any heating element switched on turn the selector knob to the symbol . «LED» PROGRAMMER (Fig.5) Features 24 hours clock with automatic programme and minutes counter. Functions Cooking time, cooking end time, clock, minutes counter, times to be set up to 23 hours 59 minutes. Manual selection. Display 4-figures, 7-segments diplay for cooking times and time of day. Display for identification of timer conditions: Automatic setting =A Time and manual use = saucepan symbol Minutes counter = bell symbol Setting After pressing a function button the time required can be set with the Semi-manual use with end time setting Press the end time button and set the desired time with +/-. The saucepan and A symbol light up. The relay switches on. When the cooking end time corresponds to the time of day, the relay and the saucepan symbol switch off. The sound signal rings and the A flashes. Fully automatic use Press the cooking time button and select the length of the cooking time with +/-. The A symbol appears. The relay switches on and the saucepan symbol appears. By setting the cooking end function, the next cooking end time appears. Set the cooking end time with +/-. The saucepan symbol appears again when the time of day corresponds to the cooking start time. When the automatic programme is over, the A symbol flashes. The sound signal rings, the saucepan symbol and the ... |
