 not bad for an oldie, excellent machine for an oldie . Very fast and reliable. can use standard needles if you use different bobbin., i got it for $15 on ebay, i just got the machine from a customer.. Ok machine., i am still learning how to use it. but looks fine and great sewing quality. Do not know yet, need manual, it did come with stitch wheels for some kine of deco stitch, i am what you call a greenhorn so we will see.., i just purchased the machine. i needed a service manual to show me how to care for it & your site was the only one. thank you so much for having this manual. i will let you kow how it works after i clean it up a get the needles i am waiting for., great little machine, just picked it up today. cleaned it up & am so looking foward to using it. need to get needles first & don't know which ones to buy, heard you need a special needle. am looking foward to getting the manual..

 good machine in gerneral, its a great machine...... Just bought this at a thrift store but it runs so quiet and i'm looking forward to sewing on it., its great, made when i was born and still working great. Jkghgg jhgtrtv tyfv, excellent machine.. Very sturdy, heavy, reliable machine, great machine, very sturdy, will sew anything., great machine!!!, it's a great machine for embroidery and also straight sewing.

 still trying to get my head around how to use it., awsome machine. I love this machine!, i don't know how to use the machine yet, so i cant give an accurate opinion, was my mother's machine - good. . Sews great, good machine. Need to find parts but okay, well made machine, good machine, i love it..

 it is a great machine, very easy to use.. Its good, much better unit than the new fancy ones. , avery nice piece of junk. I like it!, it's great. Haven't used the machine much yet but seems to be very sturdy. this one was passed down from my husband's now deceased grandmother and came with a lot of feet, including a ruffler (yay!) but has no manual., good vintage machine, wonderful sturdy machine, they do not make them like this anymore, lokks like a strong reliable machine.

 been having a little bother finding the correct needles but afart from that the machine works very well, rstkmjxf,ltyd.h,gc . Great older singer, looking forward to enjoying it more fully (compliments of the manual). thank you very much!, a little problematic finding the correct needle but the machine itself is truly a work horse on all types of materials, sturdy, powerful machine that still looks almost new after more than fifty years.. Beautiful machine but difficult for me as a non sewer to understand., just got it . We just bought it at a thrift store. it seems to be a good machine, we just need to change the belt and need the manual to figure out how., just got the machine and i'm downloading the manual, so i'm not sure why i have to rate it before i can find out how to use it. this site is not very well thought out., i was given the 306w and haven't used it yet!, not sure yet how well it will work for my application.
