The power may go off although the battery remaining indicator indicates that the battery pack has enough power to operate. When this happens, charge the battery pack fully again so that the battery remainig indicator is correct. However, the indication may not recover if you use or leave the battery pack in high temperature for a long time or use the battery pack many times.
