All new scooters were charged before shipping, however, by reason of long transportation or long sale period, the power of the battery will be reduced automatically, so suggest to start up the scooter by manual on the first week ride (running time about 1 hour per ride) so that the battery of the scooter can be charged automatically. 2. Should not start up the scooter frequently per ride, otherwise it is possible to cause the consumption of power of the battery too much. 3. Short distance ride is not enough to recharge the battery automatically, so it is necessary to start up the scooter sometimes by manual in order to have a long life of electric start-up to the gasoline scooter. 4. When the cold weather or the scooter is not in the warm condition, suggest starting up the unit by manual. 5. The time of start up engine should not be more than 5 seconds. If not to start up the engine within 5 seconds, please have a pause 10 seconds to the next start-up so that the battery can't lose the power seriously. 6. If the battery is short of the power seriously for a long time, it is impossible to be recharged automatically, in this situation, please fix one charger of 12V separately and use the charger to recharge the battery to make the electric start up work again.
