Any VoIP service used in conjunction with the USRobotics USB Internet Mini Phone cannot be used for calls to emergency services or emergency telephone numbers (311, 911, 112, 999, etc.). Use a land line for calls to emergency services, such as police, fire, or ambulance. Installation Instructions 1. Clear your screen. Balloons such as the one shown below may interfere with those that show the progress of your Internet Mini Phone installation. Close any balloon in your system tray. 2. Install the USRobotics USB Internet Mini Phone A. Insert the USB cord into the Internet Mini Phone.
