PC-100 Assembly Instructions 1. Attach the transducer nest to the back of the handle using the two #10 pan head screws included. 2. Peel the backing off of the foam pad. Stick the pad to the underside of the transducer nest. 3. Place your battery into position in the rear of the base. Be sure the battery terminals are facing to the left. 4. Slide the handle assembly into the base, making sure the gimbal arms are facing forward. Press down on the handle until it snaps into position in the base. 5. Press the two provided rubber grommets into the holes in each gimbal arm. Handle Transducer Nest Screw Install Grommets Here 6. If youre also installing a Battery Status Indicator (not included), mount it on the left side of the handle using the plastic fasteners provided. Use the wire routing clips built into the back of the handle to route the wires. (You may need to add wire to reach the battery terminals) Battery Status Indicator (not included) Foam Pad Location for dual beam switch box (not included) Handle 7. Mount your Vexilar between the handles gimbal arms. Use your gimbal knobs and tighten the flasher snugly into place. 8. Connect your power cable and use the provided terminals to connect it to the battery. If youre also connecting a Battery Status Indicator, you can twist the reds and blacks of each together in to one positive and one negative connection. 9. Plug in your transducer, then wrap the cable around the handle just above the gimbal arms. Set your transducer into the transducer nest for storage. Optional - If you have a dual beam transducer, you can attach the switch box to the raised portion on the handle, opposite the battery indicator. 10. Thread the provided nut onto the provided eye-bolt. This can be used to suspend your Ice-Ducer as an alternative to using the float. The eye-bolt assembly attaches to the front or either side of your PC-100. The eye-bolt stores by snapping it into the holder in front of the tackle box. 11.
