 never had a problem til now, its great. Great dryer, great dryer!, it's fine. To complicated, in 10 years,i've only had one problem.. Solid machine, is okay, it is a great dryer , it is a great dryer .

 good drier, great washer. It is a good dryer, its ok, good dryer. User friendly but not easy to troubleshoot, new owner bought used. It's just ok. would reccomend getting something else. , ours broke after 2 years, not working right now., good dryer.

 the controll button on my model went out fairly quickly. whirlpool has replaced the faulty button with a new on manufactured in a differnent facility. no problems since. i bought my model in 2004., good dryer. Good dryer., this is the best system i have ever used., right now it is hard to give an opinion because i can not start dryer. Acceptable service, i love my whirlpool duet.. This is our first front load dryer, and whirlpool, so we are looking forward to having a great experience as our friends and relatives have had with theirs.
