Safety Information
Warning!
Please Read the Safety Information and follow all directions, as misuse can cause serious injury to yourself, others, and property. 1. Read and follow all warnings. Whisper Creek Archery cannot be held responsible for injuries suffered or caused from misuse of unsafe bow and arrow combinations. Whisper Creek Archery cannot be held responsible for injuries caused by modifying or altering a Whisper Creek bow. Always inspect your bow before each use Check the condition of the bow-string, riser, and limbs. Never use frayed bowstrings. Any damage to the limbs should be reported and taken to your local dealer inspection and maintenance. Always check to ensure the limb bolts are never backed off MORE THAN 3 MAXIMUM TURNS. Always inspect your arrows Check your arrows for any damage or defects. Never use cracked, bent, or otherwise damaged shafts. Replace any missing or damaged fletching and nocks. Do not "Dry Fire" your bow. If you draw the bow without an arrow in place, always let-down the bow slowly from the drawn position. Never draw and release the bowstring without an arrow (Dry Fire). The arrow is designed to absorb the energy from the bow, and releasing the bow without an arrow can cause damage to the bow and possibly to you or others near you. Do not store your bow to extreme temperatures. Prolonged exposure to hot dry temperatures or a very damp location can cause damage to the bow. Excessive Heat or Cold can also cause the limbs to fail (example: prolong hot temperatures found in car). Storing your bow in excessive humidity can cause issues with the internal damping technology on your bow! Always fire the bow into a safe location Be sure of your target and make sure that there are no persons, livestock, buildings, or other objects near or behind your target. Be extremely cautious in low light situations. Make sure you use a large enough backstop to catch any stray arrows. Be safe Never shoot straight up. Never cut or modify any bowstrings or other cables. Never over-draw the bowstring. Never point the bow at another person. Children under 18 should always have adult supervision. Always wear safety glasses.

Care Instructions
Whisper Creek Bows are mechanical devices and as such, are subject to wear and need of periodic inspection, adjustment, and service. Whisper Creek Archery recommends that you take your bow in to an authorized professional on a regular basis (Once a year is recommended for normal use). Areas to be inspected are axles, spacers, strings, cables, limbs, BowDAMPTM material within the cams or limbs, and riser. STRINGS AND CABLES Our strings and cables come custom built and are pre-stretched from the factory; thus, resulting in very low to no creep. Our strings are made from a patented process that keeps the peep from rotating; therefore, tubing is not required. To extend the life of your strings, apply a light coat of bowstring wax to your bow's cables and string on a regular basis. Whisper Creek suggests applying wax to the strings once every two weeks during peak use. Use a high quality bowstring wax available at your local pro shop. This will keep your bow's strings and cables in good condition. To assure best results replace your string and cables when wear is evident or every two years under normal use conditions. Make sure to use Whisper Creek strings and cables when replacing them; beware of lesser quality string and cables as they may alter the performance of your bow or cause damage to it. CAMS AND WHEELS Ball bearings come standard on all WCA's cams & wheels; therefore no lubrication or maintenance is necessary. BowDAMPTM MATERIAL The BowDAMPTM material should never be exposed to excessive humidity as damage to the bow may occur. Avoid storing the bow where humidity or heat is a problem. LIMBS AND RISERS Always check your limbs and risers for physical damage and have any damage checked by an authorized dealer.
CAM PERFORMANCE
CounterFORCE
ONE
C C
In order to verify factory settings of your CounterFORCEOne system bow you should always take note of the cam's timing holes. The timing of this cam should be such that the Control Harness is positioned between the two noted holes and mostly on the "larger" reference hole. These are only references  the true timing should be dictated by observing the location of the ABS system with respect to the split harness placement when the bow is at rest. The ABS must be such that it barely touches the control harness when the bow is at rest (you can simply verify this setting on your bow by visual observation  ensuring that the split harness cable barely touches the groove of the ABS system once the bow comes to rest). The patent pending ABS system is designed to brake the cam harmonics after each draw by synchronizing the harmonics (cancels out the recoil) within the split harness with the harmonics in the cam string. An improper ABS timing will result in a slight feel of recoil within the system. A proper ABS timing eliminates any recoil within the system.
CounterFORCE CPS & 1/2
WARNING: A bow press must be used while adjusting draw lengths or tuning bows equipped with the CPS system.
TUNING
The Whisper Creek CPS & 1/2 system has four tuning marks labeled A through D on both the Control wheel (top) and the power cam (bottom). However, these tuning marks can not be used for roller arm bows. The tuning marks on the cam are designed for cable guard rod bows. Therefore, to properly time CPS & 1/2 systems with roller arms, simply line up the string with the cam arm (where the string leaves the cam) and make sure that the arm and the string lie within the same plane.
CONTROL WHEEL
To tune the control wheel, you either twist or untwist the control cable (the cable that connects to both the control wheel and power cam). If your control cable is above the desired tuning mark, untwist the cable until the control wheel is in position. If your control cable is below the desired tuning mark, twist the cable until the control wheel is in position. If you have already taken all the twist out of the control cable and it is still not in the right position, you may have to twist the string to allow for more twists in the control cable.
POWER CAM
To tune the power cam, twist or untwist the power cable (the split cable that connects to the top axle and the power cam). Once your power cable is above the desired tuning mark; untwist the power cable until the power cam is in position. If your power cable is below the desired tuning mark, twist the cable until the power cam is in position. If you have already taken all the twist out of the power cable and it is still not in position, you may have to twist the string to allow for more twists in the power cable. If your string and cables seem to be twisted too much, take all the twists out and start from the company standard of 25 twists in the string, 15 twists in the power cable and 15 twists in the control cable. You bow may require re-tuning after 100 or so shots as the string and cables may stretch slightly. If this happens, retune your bow. It will stay in tune after this process.
DRAW LENGTH ADJUSTMENTS CounterFORCEONE
Please note the following instructions in order to properly utilize the draw modules within the CounterFORCESolo System when changing draw lengths. Your draw weight will not change from module to module. Draw length adjustments in 1" increments. To change out the module, place the bow into a bow press (WARNING: strings MUST be relaxed in order to change out the draw modules), and remove the fasteners.
Replace the new module into the designated slot as noted in the figure and fasten the module to the cam. (WARNING: always make sure that you use blue loc-tite when replacing modules and tighten fasteners securely).
CounterFORCE CPS& 1/2
The Whisper Creek CPS & 1/2 system has a range of 5 1/2 inch draw length adjustment using 3 inter-changeable draw modules. Each draw module, numbered 1 through 3, has a full 1 1/2 inches of draw length adjustment. Adjustments can be made in 1/8" increments using the string anchor post on the control wheel (top, or 1/2" increments using the sliding modular on the power cam (bottom). An exact draw length can be achieved using a combination of these methods. A bow press must be used to adjust the modular and the string anchor post.
SLIDING MODULAR
The CPS modular is located on the power cam. It can be adjusted by removing both flathead screws and sliding the modular from position 1 through 4 (position one being the shortest draw and 4 being the longest). Once in position, tighten the screws back into the module. A full inch of adjustment in 1/2-inch increments can be obtained this way.
STRING ANCHOR POST
The string anchor post can be found on the control wheel. Remove the flat head screw and slide the post to the desired position A through D (position A being the shortest and D being the longest). Once in position, tighten the screw back onto the string anchor post. A 1/2 inch of adjustment in 1/8" increments can be obtained through the full range of the string anchor post.
DRAW LET-OFF ADJUSTMENTS
CounterFORCEONE
The let-off is adjusted by completely changing out from an 80% module to a 65% module.
CounterFORCECPS&1/2
The let-off is factory set to 70% for this cam system; therefore, there are no adjustments.
DRAW WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Your bow is equipped with 10 pounds of draw weight adjustments. To simply adjust your draw weight, always bottom out your limb bolt then back out your limb bolt for the desired draw weight (WARNING: NEVER back off limb bolt more than 5 turns  failure of not complying could cause serious injury).
BOW PRESS INSTRUCTION
WARNING!!!
Placing a Whisper Creek Bow into a bow press improperly will result in damage to the bow. ALWAYS make sure that when servicing a Whisper Creek Bow that the bow is placed EXACTLY per manufacturing's instructions.
Extension arms are needed to work on the Whisper II Risers (Innovator, Spectrum, Odyssey, InnovatorPRO, etc.) Â these extension arms can be obtained through Whisper Creek Archery. It is imperative that the rollers are moved on the limb located at the pocket to ensure no product damage.

Hydraulic Piston (Parallel Limb Bow Presses ONLY) Â sight window is to always be on opposite side to the hydraulic piston.
NOTE: NEVER USE A CENTER PULL BOW PRESS (A BOW PRESS THAT ANCHORS AT THE GRIP AREA OF THE BOW). THIS CAUSES UNDUE STRESS ON THE HANDLE ANS MAY DAMAGE YOUR BOW.
Parallel Limb Designs: Never compress the bow using the parallel limb hydraulic piston on Apple Presses when there is very little pressure exerted at this location (P1 & P2). If little pressure exists  adjust the arms inwardly more to get more pressure ...
