1. Features
1) ZM-NB32K does not require a fan, thus does not need to be powered, and does not generate noise or vibration. 2) The Northbridge chipset can be cooled to an optimal temperature without generation of noise. Note : i. Zalman Tech Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any system damage caused by overclocking. ii. There should be air-flow around the Northbridge chipset. Recommended CPU Coolers : CNPS6000 (socket 462), CNPS6500B (socket 478), CNPS7000B (socket 462/478/754/939/940), and CNPS7700 (socket 775/478/754/939/940) allow more stable and silent operation.

4. Compatible Northbridge Chipsets
1) ZM-NB32K is compatible with all Northbridge chipsets that do not have a built-in graphics core. 2) Northbridge chipsets with built-in graphics core are compatible ONLY IF the following conditions are met. i. The Northbridge chipset MUST be located between the CPU socket and AGP (or PCIe) slot. ii. The CPU cooler must be one of the Recommended CPU Coolers mentioned above.
Note : i. ZM-NB32K cannot be used on motherboards that lack mounting holes around the Northbridge chipset. ii. If the provided push pins don't match the holes on the motherboard, any matching push pins may be used instead. iii.Do not install the ZM-NB32K if it interferes with components on the motherboard.
5. Installation Procedures
Nut Push Pin Spring Nut Link Assembly Bolt Link Link Assembly Link
1) Insert the bolt into the bolt hole of the link and screw on the nut as shown in the diagram. Then, assemble the push pin and the spring onto the link. Caution : The end of the spring with the smaller diameter should be positioned toward the head of the push pin.
2) Adjust the nut to the appropriate height and insert the link assembly into the groove on the ZM-NB32K in the direction of the arrow.

3) Align the push pins on the link assembly 4) Clean the surface of the Northbridge 5) Insert the push pins into the mounting with the holes on the motherboard and chipset and apply the included holes on the motherboard and ensure fasten the bolts. thermal grease evenly on the top of they remain firmly in place. the chipset that makes contact with the heatsink. Caution : Thermal grease MUST be used.
Note : In the event of skin contact with thermal grease, promptly clean off with water. In the event of eye contact with thermal grease, contact a physician immediately.
