It is possible that a few kinds of motherboards (including ASUS one) report "CPU Fan Error!" and stop booting. This error message has nothing to do with a real system error. When "CPU Fan Error!" alerts, set the Bios up as followings BIOS Set-up Booting Error ­ CPU Fan Error Bios Setup ­ Boot tap A few kinds of motherboards (including ASUS one) may report "CPU Fan Error" Press "DEL" button on your keyboard to set the Bios up. Select "Boot" tap and "Boot Settings Configuration" Boot Settings Configuration Wait For `F1' If Error Options Select "Wait For `F1' If Error Press "Enter" button on you keyboard. Switch its options into "Disabled". Wait For `F1' If Error ­ Disabled Save configuration changes and exit Now Wait For `F1' If Error options are Disabled. Press "F10" button on your keyboard.
