Insert the driver CD into the CD-ROM of your PC and execute the "Setup.exe" program. The InstallShield Wizard box will appear, click "Next" to continue. 2. Then the InstallShield Wizard will let choose the destination location and select program folder, click "Next". 1 3. Select "Yes" and click "Finish" to restart computer. 4. After reboot, insert the Wireless LAN CardBus Card / PCI Adapter into your PC, and the Windows System will install the rest of the driver automatically. 5. You may see the driver doesn't have the Microsoft Digital Signature. This software is tested and works correctly with Windows. Select "Yes " Note 1: After installing a new network adapter, Windows automatically configures the TCP/IP protocol to automatically obtain an IP address from a DHCP server. Depending on your setup, you may want to consider specifying a fixed IP address for your new wireless adapter. Note 2: If the Configuration & Monitor Utility icon is not shown on system tray, it means the installation is not successful. Select "Uninstall Wireless Network Utility" in program folder to remove this device, and restart your computer to make the changes effective. How to setup the after burner 125 Mbps turbo mode 1.Choose the `Control Panel " and select "Network". Double click "Network' and you will see all the network component. Choose the Broadcom 802.11g Network adapter and click "Properties" 2 3.Find the "afterburner" mode on the top of property and enable it. Click "OK' button. Caution: In order to enable the after burner mode, customers have to use the wireless ap or router which support the after burner 125Mbps turbo mode and enable it. 3
