Using power outlet to charge the cell phone battery: By using travel adapter with USB A Type Male to Female retractable cable with USB to various assorted type of cell phone adapter. While charging, the LED light on the charger cable will change to green when the charge is complete. Please also check the cell phone screen to see if charging is completed or not. 2. Using PC to charge the cell phone battery By using travel adapter with USB A Type Male to female retractable cable, with USB to various assorted type of cell phone adapter. Make sure that the PC is boot up and confirm with the cell phone screen that the battery is fully charged. 3. Using car charger to charge the cell phone battery Using the 12V car charger with USB A Type Male to Female retractable cable, and with USB to various assorted type of cell phone adapter to recharge. Make sure the engine is running, and plug in the car lighter charger. 4. Using 9V lithium battery to recharge the cell phone battery. By using 9V battery attached with travel charger. Connect USB to various assorted type of cell phone adapter to recharge the battery. Our product is designed to recharge the phone with the battery installed on the cell phone. Do not charge the battery by ways other than instructed, or the battery will be damaged or cause accident. B. How to use the fan and USB 2.0 retractable extension cable 1. How to use mini fan Using the USB A type male to female retractable cable attached to PC, Car Charger, or battery to power the fan. Important notice Always make sure that the connector to the phone is connected securely, if the direction is incorrect , it might damage the cell phone. Never force the connector into the cell phone if it doesn't fit. Do not use the 9V power supply to charge for a long time. Use the Lithium battery for charging on emergency cases only. Do not modify the power plugs in any way. Normal power usage for USB is 5V/0.5A, if the cell phone requires less than 7V or more than 5V, please connect with USB A male to A female adapter . Please use only the mentioned power supply indicated in the manual. During charging, if the cell phone battery become extraordinary hot, please stop charging and check the cable. Cell phones adapters can vary. Always use the correct connector and do not plug in by force, or you can cause damage to the phone or battery. Always make sure the cell phone battery is installed correctly before recharging. If not , it might damage the internal body of the cell phone. Troubleshooting Some cell phones needs more voltage than the USB slot of the 9V battery can support. Very old PC or Notebook that doesn't supply enough power through the USB port. Some CardBus USB1.1 or 2.0 can only support up to 3.3V, unless the card is supplied with additional power.
